Returns, replacements and visits

Email us before sending a return or replacement parcel so we can provide approval, the appropriate return address and safe packing instructions. To use our standard replacement process for a delivery issue, contact us within 24 hours after delivery and include relevant photographs where available. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Privacy and legal correspondence

Send privacy requests to support@theperfumespot.store with the subject “Privacy Request.” For legal correspondence, use the same email. Do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers or unnecessary identity documents.
